The purpose of the Agreement is to put in place an effective strategic agreement between Isle of Wight Council (the “Council”) and the Isle of Wight NHS Trust (the “Trust”) to ensure delivery of health and social care to address the opportunities and challenges to promote sustainability of services. This will incorporate the full range of Adult Health and Social Care Services ("Adult Health and Social Care Services") and an Integrated Contact Centre ("Integrated Contact Centre").
