(“Elo”) OS 360 Terms and Conditions (these “Terms”) together with the Purchase Order(s) (defined below), as applicable (together, “Agreement”), shall apply to and govern the subscriptions(s) to access and use Elo Software as a Service (“Elo OS 360”) through the Portal (defined below).
