In this contract the furnishing of registration papers or the refund option is based on whether the puppy is registered or not. After receiving proof of spay/neuter from a licensed veterinarian a refund of $ will be returned to the buyer or the Seller shall provide Buyer with registration papers at this time. Puppies must be spayed/neutered before their first birthday. Adult dogs must be spayed/neutered within one month from date of purchase. If such proof is not provided within this time, Seller will retain registration papers of puppy/dog or the refund of $ will be forfeited.
