This Master Service Agreement (the “MSA”) is made and entered into as of July 2021, (the “Effective Date”), between Connecting the Pieces LLC, a Pennsylvania Limited Liability Company (the “Company”) and 21st Century Cyber Charter School (the “Client”). The Company and the Client will sometimes be collectively referred to herein as “Parties,” and individually as a “Party.”
