STUDENT AGREEMENT AND RELEASEStudent Agreement and Release • August 24th, 2020
AMIDEAST and the undersigned1 participant (“Student”), acknowledge, and agree to the terms and conditions stated in this Student Agreement and Release (“Agreement”) relating to the Student’s participation in the AMIDEAST Education Abroad Program in the Arab World (“Program”) that is organized and operated by AMIDEAST and local partner institutions and organizations (“Partners”). Adult(s) and their resident children and other family members who volunteer to host a Student for the Program term, if applicable, are referred to as the Host Family (“Host Family”). The country in which the Student’s Program takes place will be referred to as the Host Country (“Host Country”). The academic institution at which the Student is primarily enrolled at time of participation in the Program is referred to as the Home Institution (“Home Institution”). The country of the Home Institution’s primary location is referred to as the Home Country (“Home Country”).
