Pursuant to this Amendment, (the “Amendment”) Pathnet, Inc. and BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. (“BellSouth”), hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties,” hereby agree to amend that certain Collocation Agreement between the Parties dated August 24, 1999 (“Collocation Agreement”).
