This Settlement Agreement, dated as of January 31,, 2023, is made and entered into by and among the following Parties: Kimberly Benedetto and Keysha Capers (“Plaintiffs” or “Class Representatives”), individually and on behalf of the Settlement Class, and the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (“SEPTA” or “Defendant”) (collectively, the “Parties”). The Settlement Agreement is subject to Court approval and is intended by the Parties to fully, finally, and forever resolve, discharge, and settle the Released Claims (as defined below), upon and subject to the terms and conditions hereof.
