This Sponsorship Agreement, “the Agreement,” is entered into on the date of completion, between you, (herein referred to as “the Sponsor,” and the Association of Sewing and Design Professionals, Inc. (herein referred to as “ASDP”), for valuable consideration and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out herein. This sponsorship is in support of the 2023 ASDP Annual Educational Conference, held in Denver, Colorado (herein referred to as “the Event”). This agreement represents the relationship between ASDP and the Sponsor. No other relationship between the two entities is implied.
