This Interlocal Cooperation Agreement (“the Agreement”) is entered into by and between the City of Fishers, Hamilton County, Indiana (“Fishers”) and the Hamilton County Drainage Board (“the Drainage Board”) related to construction of drainage improvements to improve drainage along the rear of Lots 3, 4, and 5 of the Anchorage Subdivision and a portion of the right of way of Brook School Road, (“the Project”).
