This Purchase Order constitutes the entire contract between the vendor or seller named on the face hereof (“Supplier”) and TNT-EDM, Inc., or one of its subsidiaries (“Buyer”) covering the goods described in this Purchase Order (the “goods”). Supplier’s acceptance of this Purchase Order shall constitute Supplier’s agreement to the terms and conditions stated herein, without any modification, addition or alteration.
