Please read the Occupancy Agreement carefully before accepting the accommodation. Once you have accepted this agreement (either during the online application process or in person) you have entered into a legally binding agreement. Your electronic acceptance acts in the same way as a signature on a document. Once accepted you are then liable for all Sessional Charges (Rent) that apply.
