In the interest of providing Bucks County Community College students with improved opportunities to excel in higher education, Rider University (Rider) and Bucks County Community College (Bucks) agree to create a Program to Program - Guaranteed Transfer Agreement between the Chemistry, Associate of Arts Program at Bucks and the Bachelor of Science with a Chemistry major at Rider University.
