(the “Purchaser”), does hereby offer to enter into this Bond Purchase Contract (the “Purchase Contract”) with the City of Albany, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California (the “City”), which, upon your acceptance hereof, will be binding upon the City and the Purchaser.
