THIS LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY AGREEMENT of FLLC, LLC, a Delaware series limited liability company (the “Company”), is entered into as of January 1, 2018, by and between the Manager, the Independent Manager, the Members, and the Springing Member, whose signatures or the signatures of their duly-authorized representatives, appear on the signature page hereof, and such Persons as may be admitted to the Company as Members, the Springing Member, Manager, or the Independent Manager of the Company after the date first set forth above pursuant to this Agreement.
