This Software Support and Maintenance Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions which SPARKnit Technologies ("SPARKnit") is willing to provide technical support and maintenance service ("Support") to licensees (the "Customers") of SPARKnit's Online SPARK Forms Builder Product ("Software"). Customer hereby agrees that the following terms and conditions shall solely govern the support and maintenance services provided by SPARKnit. By payment of the applicable support fee(s), Customer hereby agrees to the following terms and conditions, including section 6 hereto.
