Upon request, Tenant will provide Lessor with evidence of current insurance and/or current vehicle registration. Failure to provide Lessor with written evidence of current insurance or current vehicle/boat registration will result in a monthly charge to Tenant of $10 for each month that current information is not provided Lessor. This charge is for liquidated damages for Lessor’s time, inconvenience, and trouble in getting tenant to provide required information.
