THIS INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT (Agreement) is between the City of Bryan, a Texas Home Rule Municipal Corporation (City) and the County of Brazos (County), a political subdivision of the State of Texas is made pursuant to the provisions of the Interlocal Cooperation Act, V.T.C.A., Government Code, Chapter 791 which authorizes all local governments to contract with each other to provide a governmental function or service that each party to the contract is authorized to perform individually and in which the contracting parties are mutually interested;
