This Solar Power & Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this day of , 201 (or, if later, the latest date of a Party’s execution and delivery to the other Party of this Agreement, the “Effective Date”), between SunEdison Government Solutions, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Provider”), and City of San Diego, a municipal corporation (“Purchaser”; and, together with Provider, each, a “Party” and together, the “Parties”).
