THIS ARTICULATION AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between NORTH CAROLINA AGRICULTURAL AND TECHNICAL STATE UNIVERSITY, a public university located in Greensboro, North Carolina (hereinafter “N.C. A&T”) and CATAWBA VALLEY COMMUNITY COLLEGE, a North Carolina Community College System Institution (hereinafter “CVCC”). N.C. A&T and CVCC hereby join in a collaborative effort to facilitate the transfer of students graduating from CVCC with an Associate in Applied Science in Turfgrass Management Technology into the Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Education (Secondary Education) Program at N.C. A&T and agree to the following terms and conditions:
