These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) is entered into on by the person identified on the Registration Form (“Participant”). Participant will be attending and/or participating in an event hosted, promoted, operated, and/or produced by Grind Media, LLC (the “Event”). The brand that is competing in the Event and its individual surfer team members shall be collectively referred to as Participants.
