This BRAND AGREEMENT (hereinafter “Agreement”) made this (“Effective Date”), by and between Exchange Collective, Inc., a Delaware corporation having a place of business at 1543 Canyon Creek, Santa Maria, CA 93455 (“Exchange Collective”) and , a business entity having a place of business at (“Brand”). Exchange Collective and Brand shall be collectively referred to herein as “Parties” or individually as a “Party”.
