Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche, and Bentley (the “Defendants”) have agreed to a Consumer Class Action Settlement Agreement and Release (the “Settlement”) resolving claims by vehicle owners and lessees that certain gasoline-powered vehicles sold in the United States are equipped with software that may cause them to emit more carbon dioxide (CO2) and obtain worse fuel economy on the road than in testing conditions.
