Offer to Purchase. The Purchaser hereby offers to purchase, and if this offer is accepted by the Seller, agrees to purchase from the Seller, proposed Strata Lot (the “Strata Lot”) as shown in the Disclosure Statement (hereafter defined) for the project known as “Elysian Terraces”, Colwood, BC, being developed on the lands currently legally described as PID: 031-005-896 Lot 1 Section 68 Esquimalt District Plan, EPP 95959, (the “Development”), on the terms and conditions contained herein.
