This Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”), is entered into by the customer identified in the signature block below (“Customer”), and MarkLogic Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“MarkLogic”), effective as of (“Effective Date”). Collectively, Customer and MarkLogic shall be referred to as “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
