Agent, as agent of the owner, hereby rents to Tenant, and Tenant hereby rents from Agent, the property described below (referred to hereafter as the “Premises”) on the terms contained in this Agreement. Agent shall not be personally liable as a party in a civil action between the owner and tenant solely because the owner is not identified in this Agreement. See N.C.G.S. 42-44(c1).
