("Agreement") is made and entered into this day of , 2016 (the “Effective Date”), by and between SIGN ONE LP, a California limited partnership (“Landlord”), the CITY OF AZUSA, a public body, corporate and politic (“City”) and LAMAR CENTRAL OUTDOOR, LLC, a Delaware limited lability company, registered and authorized to do business in the State of California ("Tenant"). City, Tenant and Landlord are sometimes hereinafter referred to individually as “party” and collectively as the “parties.”
