This Commercial Lease Agreement ("Lease") is entered into between Bismarck Public Schools, 806 North Washington Street, Bismarck ND 58501(“Tenant”) and the Corpus Christi Catholic Church , 1919 N 2nd Street, Bismarck ND 58501 ("Landlord"). Each Tenant is jointly and severally liable for the payment of rent and performance of all other terms of this Agreement. A judgment entered against one Tenant shall be no bar to an action against other Tenants.
