WHEREAS, the Parties to this Agreement intend to join together in a cooperative effort to support the Center for Quantum Networks (hereinafter called “CQN” or the “Center”) at UArizona to establish a mechanism whereby the educational and research environment can be used to develop better understanding of quantum communication networks and stimulate industrial innovation;
