LOAN AGREEMENT This Loan Agreement (the “Agreement”) dated as of June 1, 2007, by and between BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., a national banking association (“Lender”) and the Borrower described below. In consideration of the Loan or Loan described below and the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, and intending to be legally bound hereby, Lender and Borrower agree as follows: 1.
