+ Hospitals’ solicitation document (such as an RFP or Bid), Vendor’s response to such solicitation, Vendor’s quote or proposal, Vendor’s terms and conditions, terms and conditions relating to an applicable group purchasing organization or a governmental contract, Vendor’s invoice, as well as other schedules and/or exhibits that may be included. The Incorporated Documents shall be made part of this Agreement unless specifically stated otherwise in writing signed by both Parties.
