This VOTING AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of October 22, 2009, by and among The Steak n Shake Company, an Indiana corporation ("SNS"), and the undersigned securityholder (the "Securityholder") of Western Sizzlin Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the "Company").
