This is an agreement between you, the "Customer" and Tri-Co Connections LLC ("TRI-CO CONNECTIONS") for Phone Services ("Services") and any related services or devices used in connection with the Services. Your signature on this Agreement or use of the Services indicates that you accept the rates, terms, conditions and policies contained herein and set forth in TRI-CO CONNECTIONS's applicable Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (“PUC”) Tariff ("Tariff"), which is posted on the TRI-CO CONNECTIONS website located at www.tricoconnections.com.
