THIS CONTRACT is made and entered this day of , 2024, by and between the Board of School Directors of the Scranton School District with its principal offices located at 425 North Washington Avenue, Scranton, Pennsylvania 18503 (hereinafter referred to as “District” or “Board” or “Board of School Directors”) and Mr. Albert P. O’Donnell (hereinafter referred to as “Assistant Superintendent of Community Relations and Student/Staff Support” or “Mr. O’Donnell”). The Board and Assistant Superintendent of Community Relations and Student/Staff Support may be separately referred to as a “party” and may be collectively referred to as the “parties.”
