This Affordable Housing Regulatory Agreement (“Agreement”) dated as of 2024, is entered into between THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA, a public body corporate and politic (the “Housing Authority”) and OAHS PLAYA DEL ALAMEDA LP, a California limited partnership (the “Owner”). The Housing Authority and the Owner are sometimes referred to in this Agreement individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
