The Merrill Brokerage Website Terms and Conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") are made between Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated ("Merrill ") and you and govern your access to and use of any of Merrill's brokerage websites ("Merrill Brokerage Website"). Where applicable, these Terms and Conditions are supplemental to any Merrill account agreement, such as the Client Relationship Agreement, Cash Management Account Agreement® (CMA®), Individual Retirement Account Agreement, Working Capital Management Account® (WCMA®) Agreement, etc. (each, an "Account Agreement") that you previously entered into, or may in the future enter into, with Merrill, each of which otherwise remains in full force and effect. You must acknowledge your assent to these Terms and Conditions electronically when you activate your Password on the Merrill Brokerage Website.
