This Agreement is entered into this day of , 2020, by and between the Galveston Island Park Board of Trustees (the “PARK BOARD”), a governmental entity created by special act of the Texas Legislature in 1962, and, the Industrial Development Corporation of the City of Galveston, Texas (the “IDC”), a Texas nonprofit corporation established pursuant to the Development Corporation Act of 1979 and now codified in Chapters 501, 502, 504 and 505 of the Texas Local Government Code (hereafter referred to as the “Act”).
