This Agreement (“Agreement”) shall be deemed effective as of October 1, 2012 (the “Effective Date”), between Princeton Hosted Solutions, LLC (“Princeton”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New Jersey, with offices at 75N Haddon Avenue, Suite 201, Haddonfield , NJ 08033 and Verizon Pennsylvania Inc. (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with offices at 1717 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103 (Verizon and Princeton may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
