Your firm will generally receive case referrals directly from a Freddie Mac-approved Servicer and proceedings will generally be conducted in the name of the Servicer on behalf of Freddie Mac. When proceedings are conducted on Freddie Mac’s behalf, your law firm will be representing both Freddie Mac and the Servicer, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
