This Contract is hereby made and entered into on this _____ day of _____, 2019, by and between the Yokota AB Morale and Welfare Fund, 374th Force Support Squadron, hereinafter called the NAFI, and _____________________________________, hereinafter called the Concessionaire. The NAFI is a nonappropriated fund instrumentality of the Department of the Air Force, and therefore, no appropriated funds of the United States of America shall become due or be paid to the Concessionaire by reason of this Contract.
