THIS INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT is made and entered into this ______ day of _____________, 2004 by and between the School Board of Palm Beach County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the “School Board”, The City of Greenacres, hereinafter referred to as the “City” and Palm Beach County, hereinafter referred to as “County”.
