MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

This Memorandum of Understanding sets forth the terms of agreement reached between the City of Fountain Valley and the Fountain Valley Firefighters IAFF Local 4530 as the Exclusively Recognized Employee Organization for sworn, non-management fire employees for the period beginning February 1, 2015 through January 31, 2017. Unless otherwise indicated herein, all provisions shall become effective February 1, 2015.
