INSTRUCTIONS (“Agreement”) is entered into as of September 14, 2018 (“Effective Date”), by and between the WOODLAND JOINT UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, a public school district duly organized and existing under Chapter 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Education Code of the State of California (“District” or “Seller” depending on context), and CITY OF WOODLAND, a municipal corporation of the State of California (“City” or “Buyer” depending on context). Seller and Buyer are sometimes hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
