MICHELIN GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALEMichelin General Terms • July 1st, 2024
These “General Terms and Conditions” form the basis of all Michelin (Transityre B.V., Eikdonk 5, 4802 HN Breda, Netherlands) (“Michelin”) offers and agreements, including the supply of Products on a non-exclusive basis to Customer as set forth in the relevant Order. Any order for Products or, where applicable, signature of these General Terms and Conditions, is Customer's unreserved acceptance of all provisions of these General Terms and Conditions. Michelin and Customer are referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
