The parties to this Agreement mutually desire to co-operate in establishing and maintaining conditions which will promote the harmonious relationship between the Hospital and the Employees covered by this Agreement and in providing methods for a fair and amicable adjustment of any disputes which may arise between them and to promote efficient operation of the Hospital.
