This Purchase Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between the City of Lincoln, Nebraska, a municipal corporation ("CITY"), and RALPH EDWARDS PRODUCTIONS, a California corporation ("Seller"), this day of July, 2018 (the "Effective Date") for the purpose of conveying Seller's rights in and to the real estate and improvements constructed thereon for property generally located on 14th Street, from M to N Streets, and along part of the south side of N street between 13th and 14th Streets in Lincoln, Nebraska. CITY and Seller may be individually referred to as "Party" or collectively as "Parties."

CITY and Seller may be individually referred to as “Party” or collectively as “Parties.”
