This SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into on the “Effective Date” stated in Appendix A, attached hereto and made a part hereof, by and between Sequoia Holdings, LLC., a Virginia limited liability corporation with its principal office at 11180 Sunrise Valley Drive, Suite 110, Reston, Virginia 20191 (hereinafter “Licensor”) and “Customer”, an entity more fully described in Appendix A (Customer and Licensor are the “Parties”).
