In these Terms and Conditions of Sale, the seller of the Products means ICG Holding SRL having its registered legal address at Vicolo San Michele 15, 21100 Varese, ITALY (“ICG”). “Buyer” means the party who purchases or agrees to purchase ICG’s products; (collectively referred to herein as “Products”). ICG and Buyer may also be referred to herein individually as a “Party” and together as the “Parties.”
