State College Blvd., Orange, CA 92868-1673 (referred to as “County”), and Genuent USA LLC, with a place of business at 1400 Post Oak Blvd., Ste. 200, Houston TX 77056-3008, (referred to as “Contractor”), for IT Professional Help Services. County and Contractor may be individually referred to as “Party”, or collectively referred to as “Parties”.
