No. 20575786, a company incorporated under the laws of Denmark, located at Edvard Thomsens Vej 14, DK-2300 Copenhagen S, Denmark (“Novartis”) and Patientforeningen Lungekræft, a Patient organization incorporated under the laws of Denmark, located at Møllehaven 8, 4040 Jyllinge, (“Grant Recipient”). Novartis and Grant Recipient may hereinafter be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
