This Settlement Agreement is entered into by and between Sara Hammond (“Hammond”) and Fanatics Licensed Sports Group LLC, Fanatics Holdings, Inc. and related entities (herein collectively referred to as “FANATICS”) (Hammond and FANATICS are collectively referred to as the “Parties”). The effective date of this Settlement Agreement shall be the date upon which it is fully executed by all Parties hereto (the “Effective Date”).
